Job Description

Plan and schedule overtime with operations and administrative teams to meet workload demands and maintain operational efficiency.

Coordinate and allocate manpower effectively for stock take activities to ensure accurate inventory records.

Oversee container stuffing and unstuffing processes to optimize loading efficiency and maintain shipment integrity.

Manage inventory flow and storage efficiently.

Ensure consignments are completed on schedule by monitoring progress and resolving operational issues promptly.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations.

Over 3+ years of warehouse experience; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

Strong leadership and organization skills with proven ability to manage teams.

Proficiency in both oral and written Japanese is essential, due to communication and reporting requirements with headquarters in Japan.

Good command of English for internal communication.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
