Job Description
- Plan and schedule overtime with operations and administrative teams to meet workload demands and maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and allocate manpower effectively for stock take activities to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Oversee container stuffing and unstuffing processes to optimize loading efficiency and maintain shipment integrity.
- Manage inventory flow and storage efficiently.
- Ensure consignments are completed on schedule by monitoring progress and resolving operational issues promptly.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Over 3+ years of warehouse experience familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
- Strong leadership and organization skills with proven ability to manage teams.
- Proficiency in both oral and written Japanese is essential, due to communication and reporting requirements with headquarters in Japan.
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
