Planning & Coordination
- Plan and manage the entire logistics process (procurement storage distribution)
Warehouse & Inventory Management
- Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping)
- Implement inventory control systems to minimize loss and overstock
- Ensure proper handling and storage conditions
Cost Control & Budgeting
- Manage logistics budgets and reduce operational costs
- Optimize routes, storage, and processes to improve efficiency
Team Leadership & Management
- Supervise drivers, warehouse workers, and coordinators
- Train and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Compliance & Risk Management
- Manage risks like damages, or supply disruptions
