  • Position Title: Logistics / Freight Forwarding Executive (Import & Export)
  • Working Location: Raffles (walk distance from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IOR/ EOR processes for international shipments, including coordination of pricing and documentation.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery.
  • Review and maintain accurate shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Prepare and submit import/ export permits, declarations, and other required trade documentation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on pricing requests and shipment-related enquiries.
  • Assist in negotiating rates with partners to ensure competitive and sustainable pricing.
  • Identify and onboard new overseas agents or service partners to support operational needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new partners.
  • Keep up to date with customs regulations and international trade policies across relevant markets.
  • Ensure all shipments comply with applicable import/ export regulations and requirements.
  • identify and resolve operational issues, including shipment delays and customs-related matter.

  • Minimum Diploma in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or trade operations.
  • Familiarity with IOR/ EOR processes and global trade regulations is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of APAC trade compliance is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in liaising with overseas partners.
