Job scope :

• Manage goods receiving and material issuance, including physical inspection, document verification, traceability checks, and timely release to production.
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and maintain real-time stock records in Oracle Inventory System and internal files.
• Perform stock cycle counts, annual stock takes, and maintain inventory accuracy, FIFO practices, and shelf-life control.
• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping, storage conditions, quarantine segregation, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Support procurement activities by monitoring stock levels, raising purchase requisitions/orders, and liaising with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Coordinate local and overseas shipments, including booking logistics providers, shipment tracking, and export documentation such as Delivery Orders, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
