Logistics Executive

The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing logisticsoperations related to the movement, allocation, and documentation of plant,machinery, materials, and equipment across Tanglin Corporation's project sitesand facilities. This role works closely with site teams, transporters, vendors,and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost‑effective, and compliantlogistics support for operations.

A summary of theresponsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:

• Coordinate the deployment, transfer, andreturn of plant, machinery, and equipment between project sites, yards, andvendors.
• Plan and monitor daily logistics activities,including transport scheduling, delivery timelines, and site requirements.
• Liaise closely with project teams, sitesupervisors, and operations staff to understand logistics needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate records of equipmentmovement, usage, availability, and logistics documentation.
• Support inventory tracking and updateinternal systems to reflect real time equipment and material status.
• Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, andservice providers to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods andequipment.
• Assist in arranging servicing, inspections,and maintenance schedules in coordination with the Plant & Machinery team.
• Ensure logistics operations comply withworkplace safety requirements, company procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Prepare regular logistics reports and provideupdates to management on logistics status, issues, and improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives toenhance logistics efficiency, cost control, and operational effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety andoperational protocols.

Skills and Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply ChainManagement, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant logistics experience, preferably inconstruction, plant & machinery, or heavy equipment environments.
• Good understanding of local logistics operations, transportcoordination, and site based workflows.
• Familiarity with workplace safety requirements and operationalcompliance standards.
