Logistics Executive

Responsibilities

1. Support daily LCL warehouse operations, including cargo consolidation activities

2. Coordinate with warehouse operators, freight forwarders, and consolidators on cargo movement, scheduling, and space utilisation

3. Monitor operational performance such as cargo turnaround time, handling accuracy, and warehouse productivity

4. Assist in resolving operational issues related to cargo discrepancies, delays, damages, or documentation

5. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, operational standards, and regulatory requirements within LCL operations

6. Support process improvement and digitalisation initiatives to enhance LCL warehouse efficiency and visibility

7. Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and basic data analysis for management review

8. Support cross-functional collaboration with operations, planning, commercial, and ecosystem partner teams

Requirements

1. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline

2. Up to 3 years of experience in LCL warehouse operations, freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain roles

3. Basic understanding of LCL cargo flows and warehouse processes

4. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
