Job Summary
Support daily warehouse operations by coordinating with the warehouse team, managing customer orders and enquiries, performing stocktaking and inventory control, handling billing and invoicing, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with warehouse team to monitor and complete daily operational tasks efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and effectively to maintain high service standards
- Perform stocktaking activities and maintain accurate inventory records with proper documentation control
- Handle billing, costing, and ensure timely invoicing to customers through the system
- Process customer orders using the system and coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill job requirements
- Organize and file customer records and documents to ensure easy access and traceability
- Pick and pack orders as needed to support warehouse operations
- Check and tally incoming and outgoing stock to maintain inventory accuracy
- Prepare and provide monthly inventory reports for customers to support month-end closing
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support warehouse functions
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE O level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in freight, supply chain, or logistics
- Proficient in English for effective communication
- Knowledgeable in Warehouse Management System to manage inventory and orders
- Skilled in Microsoft Office to prepare reports and documentation
- Able to work independently and take initiative in daily tasks
- Able to manage heavy workflow efficiently and stay well-organized
- Team player with a sense of urgency to meet operational deadlines
- Available to start work immediately
- Willing to work a 5-day work week
