Logistics Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and committed Logistics Executive to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient receipt, storage and distribution of inventory.
• Receive, inspect, store and issue inventory in accordance with established warehouse protocols.
• Process warehouse transactions including Good Receipt Notes (GRNs), Delivery Orders (DOs), Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and vendor returns.
• Coordinate and monitor local and international incoming and outgoing shipment, including import and export documentation where applicable.
• Coordinate and schedule delivery with suppliers, customers, logistics providers and sales team to ensure timely fulfilment and ensure data accuracy in ERP system.
• Monitor inventory level, perform periodic stock count and investigate inventory discrepancy.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory, operational and shipment reports for Management review.
• Verify accuracy of completed orders for end-to-end order fulfilment and prompt submission to Sales Operations team for timely billing.
• Maintain warehouse organization cleanliness and safety and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and handle materials and equipment weighing up to 20 kilogram when required.
• Support continuous improvement initiative and undertake other logistics and warehouse-related duties.

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Able to perform under pressure.
• Familiar with the use of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Multi-tasking, self-starter, able to work independently and in a team, committed with good initiative and positive working attitude.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Accountable, responsible and take pride in work.
