Logistics Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle exports and shipping operations for global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with factories, customers, and service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to the accounting department.
• Verify service provider bills.
• Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
• Support Manager/Team Leader in preparing PowerPoint presentations.
• Provide job coverage during colleagues absence (buddy system).
