Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing (which includes planning, receiving, storage, and issuing), and inventory management.
- Liaise with project and operations team, suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials.
- Handle end user inquiries related to delivery schedules and logistics issues.
- Assist to prepare and process shipping documents for customs declarations.
- Coordinate with project team and quality assurance team for joint inspection of equipment and materials
- Monitor and follow up on joint inspection punch list clearance.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and generate regular reports.
- Regular monitoring to manage inventory stock levels and replenishment.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for equipment and hazardous materials.
- Support and maintain documentation for audits and to conduct risk assessments.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficient in warehouse management system and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain operations is an advantage.
