About the role
We are seeking an individual who will be orchestrating all internal employee sales events and seasonal gifting operations across all South Asia markets. The role will also extend to provide strategic executive support to the VP Supply Chain on organization, reporting and adhoc project management support across Supply Chain topics.
The position combines executive coordination, inventory control, warehouse alignment, financial tracking, and performance analytics to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and revenue optimization.
Responsibilities
Sales Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and track Employee& Sample Sales initiatives in accordance with internal policies
- Maintain accurate sales records, documentation, and reconciliation reports.
- Ensure compliance with Private Sales guidelines and internal governance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to Private Sales.
Inventory Review & Eligibility
- Generate and analyze stock reports from SAP (OBS) to determine eligibility.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on retrieval timelines and stock eligibility for Private Sales.
- Calculate and validate discount percentages in accordance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with HR to maintain accurate eligible employees list.
Warehouse Coordination
- Ensure alignment between physical stock movement and system records.
- Monitor quality checks of stocks with Warehouse Team prior to inclusion in sales.
- Coordinate with Warehouse to transfer the eligible stocks to the rightful locations
- Create orders and coordinate on the pick/pack/labelling instructions to warehouse
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and employee engagement.
- Analyze sales data, inventory movement, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize private sales workflows and efficiency.
- Conduct post-sale performance reviews and recommend process enhancements.
Executive Support
- Support and coordinate VP Supply Chain's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses.
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse & Care Services leadership team to organize team meetings and events
Key Requirements
- Experience in Logistics/ Luxury Supply Chain/ Business Management environment will be preferred.
- SAP knowledge and WMS would be an advantage
