Logistics Executive (Inhouse / Import & Export / Japan MNC) AL70

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)

• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)

• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)

• May be required to travel on case-by-case basis

• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Job Requirements:

• Must have knowledge and experience in using incoterms

• Must have experience issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs) - min 50 POs/ week

• Robotic Process Automation (RPA) knowledge for generation of POs is advantageous

• Must have experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (i.e. import and export)
