We are actively seeking self-motivated and driven logistics executive to join our operation team in our expansion in the Asia such as Asean, South Asian and Middle East Gulf countries. Job Scope:
The Logistics Executive is responsible for the effective management of the inventory system and the supply chain requirements for the production department. He is required to liaise with multiple external and internal stakeholders in the course of duty.
- Effective inventory tracking, coordination, and overall management of daily goods movement
- Issuance, filing and maintenance of logistics documentary records
- Perform smooth, efficient and accurate order fulfilment, preparation, and coordination of delivery arrangement.
- Establish proper housekeeping of store to ensure store's inventory is accurate and in good condition.
- Conduct and coordinate monthly inventory cycle count to verify quantity and quality of physical inventory in store.
- Effective management of the production supply chain requirement.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Assist in procurement requirement to align supply and demand.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Supply Chain / Engineering / Business Administration.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Possess problem-solving skills and meticulous in execution of tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Class 3 Driving License will be an advantage.
- Singapore Citizens / PR preferred.
