Job Description
Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor/Asst.Operations Manager, the Logistics Executive is responsible for the receiving, inspection, put-away/storage, picking & packing and issuing of goods according to stated quantity in the PO/DO/Invoices or pick/pack lists. Maintain and managing ASRS warehouse
Specifically, this role exists to:
- ASRS Operations Monitoring: Overseeing the day-to-day operation of ASRS car, conveyors, and robotic systems to ensure efficient, automated storage and retrieval.
- Inventory Control & WMS: Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems (e.g., BC) to manage, track, and reconcile stock inventory in real-time.
- System Performance & Troubleshooting: Responding to alarms, error messages, and, in collaboration with technicians, managing downtime of automated equipment.
- Workflow Optimization: Planning and coordinating material flow between the ASRS and manual picking/packing areas to optimize throughput.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety protocols (e.g., PPE, Lockout/Tagout procedures) for automated machinery and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Team Leadership: Supervising, or acting as team lead for, warehouse staff (operators, pickers) to meet daily productivity KPIs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Using data analytics to review warehouse layout, storage utilization levels, and generate inventory reports
Job Requirements
- Min. GCE N Level and above. Preferably computerliterate.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a warehouseor 3PL environment, with demonstrated experience in automated, high-volume, or logistic environments.
- System Proficiency: Strong proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP (e.g., BC) is generally required, as isexperience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

- Analytical: Ability to analyze inventory data andoptimize space utilization.
- Problem-solving: Troubleshooting operational issueswith automated machinery.
- Communication: Effective communication with internaland external stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts(including weekends) and manage fast-paced, high-stress, or peak period operations
- Possess positive attitude and initiative.
- Ability to work well as a team
- Able to communicate and write simple English
The Logistics Executive is responsible to ensure that agreed expectations are established and achieved. Heads of Departments will use the evaluation instruments that are relevant to their departments for this evaluation.
