Aboutthe Role

We arelooking for a proactive individual to join our team to manage our supply chain business. The ideal candidate is someone who understands international business, supply chain operation and insurance claim processes.

KeyResponsibilities

. Liaise and build strong relationships with both suppliers and customers.

. Manageand coordinate with factories and customers on order fulfilment, including resolving supply chain issues that may arise.

. Freight negotiation and shipment booking.

. Provideprofessional advice on loss prevention and liaise/negotiate with insurancecompany when need arise.

. Maintainaccurate and up-to-date order fulfilment records.

Requirements:

Min. Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
1 2 years of experience in freight, logistics or trade operations.
Fresh graduates are open to apply
Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling
Familiarity with Incoterms 2020
Proficient in Microsoft Office experience with SAP (HANA) / SAP Business One system
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Able to travel for business trips occasionally
