Job Summary
Ensure smooth logistics operations by managing the storage, distribution, and delivery of goods from suppliers to clients, coordinating shipments, and supporting warehouse and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the storage and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery from suppliers to clients
- Coordinate import/export shipments by liaising with suppliers and forwarders to gather and prepare all necessary shipping documents
- Arrange cost-effective shipping solutions by working closely with forwarders
- Collaborate with Merchandisers and Buyers to schedule shipping and allocate goods to meet deadlines
- Oversee local deliveries to stores and clients, scheduling routes for efficiency and cost savings
- Manage ATS orders by collecting orders, arranging packing, and coordinating delivery
- Identify and report packing discrepancies to maintain order accuracy
- Monitor slow-moving ATS items and aging packing lists (PL) in warehouses to prevent undelivered goods
- Communicate undelivered goods status to the Sales team promptly
- Prepare regular reports such as weekly ATS summaries, stock movements, and delivery breakdowns for team review
- Support warehouse management by ensuring compliance, organizing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring accessibility
- Conduct regular visits to 3PL warehouses to resolve operational issues
- Assist Sales and E-commerce teams with logistics-related matters including returns and exchanges
- Support the team in operating the ERP system to maintain accurate logistics data
- Aim to achieve cost-effective shipping and delivery arrangements and maintain accurate ATS records
