Our client is one of the renowned electronics companies in Singapore. They are hiring for a Logistics Executive to manage their daily logistics operations and vendor coordination.

about the job

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, serving as the primary liaison between factories, warehouses, and customers.

• Resolve operational challenges, discrepancies, and shipping delays efficiently within high-pressure environments.

• Ensure compliance with regional customs, port regulations, and international trade protocols.

• Oversee insurance claims and specialized export documentation, including COO, LC, and other shipping permits.

• Utilize SAP and Export Control systems to maintain process integrity and regulatory standards.

• Develop comprehensive logistics reports and KPIs to provide management with actionable operational insights.

skills and experience required

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Preferably candidates with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
