Logistics Exec (Shipping, Supply Chain) JAC

RESPONSIBILITIES

. Coordinate with with factory, Warehouse and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

. Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays under tight deadlines.

. Familiar with customs and port regulations across regions

. Familiar with insurance claims

. Familiar with COO, LC and other export documents for shipments

. Familiar with SAP and Export Control

. Preparation of logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management review.

REQUIREMENTS

. Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, orequivalent.

. Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chainoperations.

. Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, warehouse operations, and transportation management.

. Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, or Logistics modules preferred).

. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention todetail.

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engageboth internal teams and external service providers.

. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure in afast-paced environment.

. Experience in process improvement, audit support, or system enhancement initiatives will be an added advantage
