Logistics & Distribution Executive (12 Months Contract) #NKC

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics & Distribution Executive to manage end-to-end delivery operations and ensure high service standards across transport and warehouse activities. The role focuses on on-time delivery, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Communicate delivery updates and proactive mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure transport service providers comply with safety, quality, and business standards.
• Develop, review, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with logistics partners.
• Coordinate and align operational goals with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead or support projects aimed at improving service levels, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Oversee and coordinate distribution activities from external warehouses.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues or complaints related to logistics and distribution services.
