Logistics & Delivery Coordinator

We are Hiring: Inventory and Van Delivery Co-ordinator

Be our Stock + Wheels Person

This is a 50/50 role - half the time your are managing inventory, half the time you are on the raod delivering
If you are organised, reliable, and do not mind driving a van, we want you!

Class 3 license required!

Your Role: 50% Inventory and 50% Delivery

Inventory - 50%

• Track stock levels and do weekly/monthly stock takes
• Update inventory system and keep records accurate
• Check goods received, report damage/discrepancies
• Keep warehouse neat, safe and organised

Van Delivery - 50%

• Drive company van to deliver stock
• Handle machine deliveries up to 150kg safely
• Plan delivery routes and esnure on-time drop offs
• Ensure all delivery paperwork complies with rules and SOPs

Warehouse & Compliance Support

• Work with Procurement and Centre Manager to forecast needs
• Support receiving, stock-in, and stock-out activities
• Assist with audits: prepare reports, explain variances, keep files updated

You are the one if you:

• Some years experience in logistics or warehousing
• Valid Class 3 Auto Van license + physically fit for deliveries
• Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player
• Physically fit to lift and move stock
• Proactive and good communicator
