Logistics & Customer Excellence Full Time
At Apogee Collective, we are a Singaporean Femtech start-up, curating our own sexual wellness brands, Genvie (previously known as Good Vibes) and Hedonist. We empower people to be sexually liberated guided by one's true pleasure. This role reports directly to Meryl, the co-founder, and is required to work independently and as a team. Hybrid working (80/20 in-person & WFH) with flexible working hours. Office location conveniently located at Tanjong Pagar, with pool and gym facilities as welfare benefits.
Job Scope (70% Logistics, 30% Customer Excellence)
Logistics
- Track & Manage inventory levels across various locations (i.e. warehouse, office, consignment locations, etc.) to ensure healthy inventory levels using Shopify, WMS and Excel
- Demand & supply planning to forecast stocks level and restock with suppliers
- Plan inventory movements for events like workshops and pop-ups, etc.
- Manage inbounding and kitting schedule for all our Ops Part timers
- Manage our delivery drivers to ensure timely delivery and good customer service for our customers
- Manage insurance claims process with logistics providers for any missing or defect parcels
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, shipping partners, etc.
- Negotiate for best pricing and commercial terms with our partners
- Lead logistics improvement projects to expand new offerings to customers (e.g. set up pop station in Singapore and express delivery options)
- Lead cost optimization projects relating to shipping, delivery, warehousing, etc. from start to finish
Customer Excellence
- Manage Customer Service with zest and a personal touch and reply to customers promptly via Shopify Chat, Emails and Whatsapp Business
- Liaise with fellow team members (i.e. Marketing, Partnerships, etc.) to answer customer queries and potentially redirecting queries to other team members
- Improve on current SOPs and automated responses/queries
Are you the ideal candidate We are looking for:

- Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn with a positive attitude
- Business proficiency in English & Mandarin (spoken and written) to engage with Chinese stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), WhatsApp Business & WeChat
- Highly organised, systematic, and good working with numbers
- Customer-focused, always willing to go the extra mile to bring a smile to our clients
- Proficient with sourcing, organisational, and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Bonus: Experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, or Shopify
