Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating transportation, inventory, and distribution activities to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring shipments, managing delivery schedules, preparing logistics documentation, and coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. The role also involves tracking inventory levels, resolving shipping issues, analyzing logistics performance, and supporting process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Logistics Coordinator will ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations while maintaining accurate records and supporting daily operational activities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, transportation coordination, and inventory management

• Familiarity with shipping procedures, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes

• Ability to monitor deliveries, track shipments, and resolve logistics-related issues

• Proficiency in preparing logistics documentation, reports, and operational records

• Knowledge of logistics regulations, compliance standards, and safety procedures

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and data management tools

• Strong communication and time management abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Familiarity with inventory planning, freight coordination, and distribution processes is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and support continuous operational improvement
