Manage the daily delivery schedule, including transport arrangements, route planning, and end-to-end delivery processing to ensure maximum efficiency.
Synchronize logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites, collaborating closely with drivers and stakeholders to optimize processes.
Prepare and issue mill certificates for every delivery.
Stay informed about transportation's regulation and ensure full compliance with LTA requirement.
Oversee the completion of daily safety checklists for all prime movers and trailers. Oversee drivers orientation, which includes self-collection drivers.
Generate delivery orders/packing list, ensure signed copies are collected from drivers on timely basis, and verify overtime hours for submission to the accounting team for invoice processing.
Required Skills:
Proficient in basic MS Office programs and web-based work order systems
Working Hours: - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm & Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
