Logistics Coordinator

REQUIREMENT

1. Coordinate and monitor vessel schedules toensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

2. Arrange the receipt, inspection, packing, anddispatch of spare parts, equipment, and materials.

3. Track shipment and delivery status of spareparts and materials, and follow up promptly with relevant departments in caseof delays or discrepancies.

4. Plan and manage delivery of materials tovessels, including arranging vehicles or launch boats when required.

5. Follow up on material delivery lists to supportmaterial tracking, management, and proper record-keeping.

6. Assist in warehouse management, includingmaterial storage and proper handling procedures.

7. Liaise with internal departments (procurement,warehouse) to ensure efficient and smooth logistics operations.

8. Due to the special of the marine industry,frequent overtime work is expected to ensure timely completion of tasks.

9. Assist with urgent collection and delivery of goods when required.

2. REQUIREMENT

1. Proficient in computer operations.

2. Possess a forklift license and/ a valid driving license.

3. Strong communication skills.

4. Able to work independently.

5. Team player with a collaborative attitude.
