  1. Generating Shipping documents.
  2. Emails correspondences with local and overseas clients/partners
  3. Scheduling pickups and arranging transportation with carriers/airlines/freight forwarders.
  4. Tracking shipment status and communicating delivery updates to customers or internal teams.
  5. Determining the most cost-effective shipping methods and routes.
