Warehouse Operations

• Prepare and complete internal/external customer orders for delivery or pickup
• Ensure items are properly labelled, packed, and shipped in a timely manner
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments to designated areas
• Perform system updates via SAP ERP/WMS/TMS
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and annual stock takes
• Ensure all manual handling complies with safety guidelines

Logistics Operations

• Coordinate timely transportation and delivery of goods
• Prepare shipments (equipment, spare parts, accessories) as per instructions
• Ensure import/export documents are in order

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate operational logs and report discrepancies
• Recommend and support continuous process improvements

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Higher Nitec / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse and transportation operations
• Proficient in SAP ERP, WMS, TMS
• Strong Excel (Macros), PowerPoint
