Logistics Assistant Supervisor (Supervising/Warehouse Ops/West/Bonus)

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure staff adhere to established operational procedures

2. Oversee daily operations to meet or exceed customer expectations and performance targets

3. Coordinate with the Shop-floor Supervisor and Buyer on delivery orders and returns

4. Train employees on all outbound processes in accordance with company policies

5. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve warehouse-related operational issues

6. Arrange and manage daily deliveries to the shop floor

7. Allocate tasks to staff and manage work schedules

8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory and storage areas

9. Carry out any other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Min 3 year working experience in supervising a team and warehouse operation

• Good communication skills

• Ability to deal with people of all levels

• Good team player
