Quotation. Finding logistics solution based on customer's requirements, offering quotation to sales.
Prepare all documents including Delivery Note, Packing List, Performa Invoice for import & Export.
Coordinate with Operation Team to arrange transportation.
Keep records for incoming and outgoing goods with the date in & date out, supplier name and spare parts item description, item value, weight and dimension.
Invoice closing after delivery.
Complete other tasks assigned by Logistics Manager
WORKING REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
Knowledge of the spare parts import and export process, domestic and foreign express.
Familiar with domestic and foreign logistics channel.
Experience in international forwarding, sea freight, airfreight operation.
3 years or above working experience in foreign trade import and export operation.
