Senior Warehouse Supervisor

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily planning of work schedule for warehouse operation
• Priorities and monitor all warehouse assistance to complete their daily work (picker and packer)
• Ensure warehouse operating supplies (Carton, wrapping and essential material for warehouse use) are good for warehouse operational use on weekly and monthly basic
• Assist in Return items goods. (Reverse logistic process) Finish return procedure timely.
• Cooperate with operation and purchaser department for smooth good delivery.
• Assist in planning for shift in relation to overtime planning
• Involve in the suggestion of ERP analysis and design and update
• Where opportunity allow, marking/order should be complete well in advance by 2 days
• Other tasks assigned by manager

WORKING REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above, proficient with warehouse management
• 5 years or above supply chain (warehouse, transportation) or relevant working experience
• Working knowledge and experience with MS office
• Ability to lead a team under his supervision on a fast pace environment
• Ability to work under pressure under a fast pace environment
• Ability to fulfil orders in time and make preparation of packing with schedule and follow the company set SOP
