- Perform receiving and GR functions using SAP
- Check and verify supplier invoices against received goods
- Assist in MTS / WMS labelling activities
- Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and forwarders
- Maintain FIFO, 5S and safety standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy activities
- Support productivity / kaizen initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve material issues
- Ensure accurate put-away to warehouse locations
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- GCE O Levels and above
- Experience in manufacturing logistics / materials management
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage (frequent coordination with Mandarin-speaking teams)
- Strong problem-solving and accuracy in GR documentation
- Skills in AutoCAD, Excel, IE or Lean methods an added advantage
- Knowledge of TS16949 preferred
