Job Scope
- Assisting in planning, organizing, and supervising daily warehouse operations (Inbound / Outbound)
- Ensuring smooth processes for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
- Monitoring accuracy, productivity, and operational lead times
- Optimizing warehouse layout, storage space, and equipment utilization
- Reviewing and verifying warehouse documents, labels, and records
- Handling compliance based on freight forwarding standards and customs requirements
- Managing warehouse staff (supervisors, leaders, storekeepers, packers)
- Overseeing shift planning, task allocation, training, and performance evaluation
- Guiding and supporting junior or less experienced staff
- Ensuring full compliance with safety standards and warehouse SOP
- Maintaining equipment upkeep, forklift safety, and emergency procedures
- Implementing process improvements to reduce errors and improve operational efficiency
Requirement
- NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
