Job Summary

You will support warehouse operations by printing and sorting shipping labels, verifying order accuracy, and assisting with packing to maintain smooth fulfilment processes.

Responsibilities

• Print and sort shipping labels accurately and efficiently daily to support order processing
• Match printed labels with correct products and orders to ensure order accuracy before dispatch
• Verify that stock picked matches shipping labels to prevent packing errors
• Identify and report discrepancies in orders or inventory promptly to enable timely resolution
• Assist in packing and preparing orders for shipment to meet dispatch schedules
• Organize labels, orders, and workspace to maintain an efficient and safe work environment
• Support general warehouse operations and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to ensure smooth workflow
• Communicate clearly with colleagues to coordinate tasks and support team operations
• Assist as a packer when required to maintain operational flow

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend as part of physical warehouse duties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic computer skills to operate printing systems and order management software
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience to contribute to operational efficiency
• Positive teamwork attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues
