- Location: Changi North
- Working Hours: 7.30am to 4.48pm
- 3 months contract, extendable/convertible based on business needs
Responsibilities:
- Verify shipment content against shipping documents provided.
- Reject damage items and record discrepancies.
- Data entry into ERP system.
- Assist in material picking against pick list.
- Assist in packing of outbound shipments.
- Assist Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
- Visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
- Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/devices to move, convey, or hoist materials or products, following the training provided.
- Deliver/collect goods to/from assigned locations using company vehicle (adhoc assignment).
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.
- Wear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations during course of duties.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents and arrangement of shipment (adhoc assisgnment).
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (No exp candidate is welcomed)
- Experience in ERP systems, lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook applications.
