Logistics Assistant

Role Summary

We are hiring a Logistics Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations in a 3PL environment. You will carry out inbound, put away, picking, packing, dispatch, and housekeeping tasks. This role requires discipline, accuracy, and consistent output. You must always follow SOPs and WMS scanning requirements.

Key Responsibilities

. Perform inbound activities: unloading support, receiving, counting, labelling, and put away.

. Perform outbound activities: picking, checking/QC (as required), packing, and staging for dispatch.

. Use RF scanner/WMS to complete tasks accurately (scan compliance is mandatory).

. Support inventory control: location checks, replenishment, cycle counts, and housekeeping of storage areas.

. Follow quality requirements: handle goods properly, prevent damages, and report discrepancies immediately.

. Maintain 5S/housekeeping: keep work areas, aisles, and staging zones clean and organized.

. Follow safety rules and use PPE as required report hazards and near misses promptly.

. Support ad-hoc warehouse tasks as assigned (VAS/returns/repacking, etc.).

Requirements

. Preferably 0-2 years of warehouse/logistics experience training will be provided for suitable candidates.

. Physically fit and comfortable with standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive tasks.

. Able to follow instructions, meet daily targets, and work in a team environment.

. Basic English communication for daily instructions and handover.

. Willing to work overtime during peak periods when required.

Preferred

. Experience using RF scanners/WMS.

. Forklift/reach truck license.

. Experience in 3PL / e-commerce fulfilment / retail distribution.

. Consistent output with low errors and minimal rework.

. Good scanning discipline and correct location/stock handling.

. Reliable attendance and punctuality.

. Clean and safe work area maintained daily (5S mindset).
