About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Logistics Assistant to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, hands-on, and enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will play an important role in supporting our e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (D2C) fulfilment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out daily picking and packing of e-commerce and D2C orders.
Perform receiving and put-away of incoming goods accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct batching of orders across all accounts according to each account's cut-off timing.
Handle inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock checks, and stock accuracy upkeep.
Assist in overall warehouse and operations activities whenever required to ensure smooth daily workflow.

Requirements

Preferably 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfilment operations (not mandatory).
Physically fit and able to carry out warehouse activities.
Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.
