Logistics and Operations Executive (Entry Level, West) #HCGT

Job Description

• Manage and track daily orders for channel partners, inter-company, and end users

• Perform order entry, outbound delivery creation, and shipment processing in SAP (ECC/EWM)

• Coordinate shipments, monitor delivery status, and handle exceptions (re-routing, expediting)

• Prepare and ensure accuracy of export/import documentation

• Track KPIs (on-time delivery, errors, missed shipments) and follow up on PODs

• Support reverse logistics (RMA) and warehouse activities when required

• Act as point of contact for order status inquiries and resolve operational issues

• Ensure compliance with logistics, quality, and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Basic knowledge of SAP

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented, team player, and adaptable
