What You'll Do
As a Logistics Analyst based in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of logistics operations from import/export management to process improvement initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating with internal stakeholders as well as external logistics service providers to ensure smooth movement of goods across borders. You will be expected to implement strategies that optimise operational efficiency while staying within budgetary constraints. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail when managing billing processes, compliance audits, ERP system updates, and documentation for regulatory purposes. By leveraging your expertise in supply chain management and your ability to collaborate effectively across teams, you will help drive continuous improvement efforts that benefit both customers and the organisation as a whole.
- Provide operational guidance and manage logistics service provider members to ensure stable inbound logistics, warehouse operations, interplant transfers, and outbound logistics processes are executed efficiently.
- Oversee the timely clearance of inbound shipments to warehouse receipts and coordinate outbound operations to guarantee prompt delivery to customers.
- Ensure accurate billing by updating shipment details meticulously and consistently meeting delivery targets set by the organisation.
- Develop sustainable solutions aimed at maximising customer satisfaction through effective logistics management and process optimisation.
- Manage outbound operations including SAP system updates for shipment creation and cost tracking, ensuring seamless data flow throughout the process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customs authorities on Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Certificate of Origin (COO) requirements to maintain compliance with international trade regulations.
- Lead the logistics service provider business process outsourcing team by providing standard operating procedures (SOPs), training sessions, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards with proper documentation for audits.
- Oversee APAC-Hub inbound activities and regional distribution while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure environmental health & safety (EHS), ISO certification requirements, and trade compliance activities are implemented in partnership with third-party logistics providers and manufacturing teams.
- Monitor export document loading schedules closely to ensure accuracy is maintained by logistics partners throughout the shipping process.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is required for this position.
- Minimum 4 years experience in supply chain operations with proven responsibility for managing logistics personnel and third-party vendors over at least three years.
- Extensive background in logistics operations including customs procedures, trade compliance regulations, and cross-border movement of goods.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines while prioritising workloads effectively.
- Experience working within manufacturing processes as well as third-party logistics operations on a global scale is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills supported by project management experience focused on improving key metrics through data-driven decision making.
- Ability to set performance goals for teams while providing coaching, feedback, and effective people management in complex environments.
- Advanced computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of ERP systems is strongly preferred.
