Job Description

We are looking for hardworking candidate with key responsibilities as below:

(1) Order & Shipment Management: Processing in/outbound orders, coordinating pickups, tracking shipments, and ensuring documentation (domestic/international) is accurate.

(2) Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, managing warehouse operations, and collaborating with customers for optimal stock.

(3) Communication & Coordination: Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations.

(4) Documentation & Reporting: Preparing shipping documents, maintaining records, and generating reports.

(5) Problem Solving: Resolving delivery delays, damaged goods or customer inquiries efficiently.

(6) Process Improvement: Assisting in developing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
