Logistic / Shipping Coordinator (Contract | 5 days)

• Up to $3,000 basic
• Working days: Monday - Friday
• Working hours: 8am - 5.15pm
• Location: Gul Circle
• 6 months contract role, covering maternity leave

Job Scope:

• Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure timely and smooth shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, transport providers and other relevant parties to coordinate delivery and shipment requirements.
• Arrange and coordinate shipments, including transportation and logistics arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up with relevant parties to ensure deliveries are completed according to schedule.
• Handle any delivery or shipment issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

• GCE O Level / Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
