Work Location: Local delivery within Singapore

Job Responsibilities:

1. Delivery & Customer Service

. Prepare, check and load goods according to daily delivery schedule

. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers across Singapore

. Verify quantity and condition of goods before dispatch and upon delivery

. Assist customers with goods checking and ensure proper document signing

. Represent the company professionally and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction

. Assist in cash collection from customers when required

. Assist in product sample delivery or document submission when required

. Report any delivery issues or customer feedback promptly to the company

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety Management

. Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel level, tyres, brakes, lights, etc.)

. Ensure vehicle cleanliness inside and outside at all times

. Arrange and coordinate regular servicing, maintenance and inspection

. Comply strictly with Singapore traffic regulations and company safety policies

. Safeguard vehicle keys, documents and company assets

. Report any accident, damage or mechanical issue immediately

3. Warehouse & Inventory Management

. Responsible for daily warehouse organization and housekeeping

. Responsible for proper arrangement, stacking and storage of goods

. Conduct daily stock checking and inventory verification

. Ensure stock accuracy and report discrepancies promptly

. Handle receiving, checking and proper storage of incoming goods

. Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment

Job Requirements:

. Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence

. Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic regulations

. Prior delivery or warehouse experience preferred

. Proficient in operating pallet jack (manual/electric) and pallet stacker

. Responsible, punctual and safety-conscious

. Able to carry goods

. Good attitude and customer service mindset

. Clean driving record
