Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations, including receipt, verification, storage, issuance, and return of materials.
- Liaise with the Material Planner to coordinate shipments, deliveries, and material availability.
- Ensure accurate and timely issuing of materials to production, adhering to FIFO principles and proper documentation.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts, quantity checks, and monitoring of material movement.
- Organise and maintain proper handling, identification, and storage of raw materials and finished goods at the staging area.
- Oversee transportation, distribution, and packing activities to support timely delivery and export requirements.
- Implement effective stock control measures to prevent unaccountable or misplaced materials.
- Safeguard Hybrionic and its customer&aposs proprietary information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
'Proprietary information' shall not be limied to trade secrets, know-how, product specification, BOM, data and business plans.
Competence
- Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Minimum GCE &aposO&apos level with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
