- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
- Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments for smooth logistics operations.
- Maintain good working relationships with external logistics partners.
5. Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
- Handle discrepancies, damages, or delays in shipments.
- Provide solutions to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
6. Reporting & Record-Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, stock movement, and logistics costs.
- Generate reports on logistics performance and highlight areas for improvement.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to optimize transportation costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new logistics strategies and systems.
