Logistic Coordinator (Entry level)

Job Responsibilities

. Oversee and manage the company's purchasing, warehousing, and logistics operations to ensure smooth daily workflow.
. Lead and mentor a team of officers and operational staff to achieve operational targets and maintain high service standards.
. Plan and coordinate procurement, stock replenishment, order management, and supplier relationships, including contracts and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
. Manage 3rd party logistics providers and ensure warehouse operations run efficiently.
. Coordinate logistics equipment and facility maintenance, and implement process improvements when necessary.
. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, handle audits, and resolve logistics-related complaints.
. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall processes.

Job Requirements

. Degree/ Diploma in Purchasing, Logistics, Materials Management, Procurement, International Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
. Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Independent, reliable, and analytical.
