Logistic Controller

• Coordinate daily scheduled deliveries with customers to minimize trailer collection and shifting
• Coordinate with sites for loading, unloading, trailer collection and shifting activities
• Assist with addressing all driver issues as needed
• Manage the duty phone and handle customer inquiries
• Cross-deployment for other logistics controller roles in their absence

Requirement

• Minimum N level or above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
• Mandarin fluency required, as the majority of drivers are Mandarin-speaking mainland Chinese
• Responsible, reliable and with a positive attitude
• Ability to work weekends
