A Logistics and Operations Executive cum Delivery role
combines administrative supply chain duties with hands-on transportation, requiring a Class 3 and 4 driving license to manage warehouse inventory, coordinate deliveries, and physically transport goods.
- Delivery and Transportation: Operating company vehicles (vans/lorries) to deliver and pick up goods, materials, or documents safely and on time.
- Logistics Coordination: Planning delivery routes, coordinating with customers for incoming/outgoing goods, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Warehouse Operations: Loading, unloading, and packing items, conducting stock counts, and ensuring efficient storage.
- Documentation and Admin: Preparing shipping documents, invoices, or delivery orders, and preparing reports using systems like Microsoft Word or WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- General Support: Assisting with maintenance of vehicles, supporting other departments, and adhering to safety protocols
Typical Requirements:
- License: Valid Class 3 & 4 driving license.
- Physicality: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, driving, or warehousing is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, time management, and proficiency in basic computer skills
