Job Summary
You will manage logistics and inventory operations, support sales through targeted communications, and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase orders and manage shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery of products
- Organize local deliveries to meet customer and operational needs efficiently
- Monitor and update monthly inventory records to maintain accurate stock levels
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to facilitate effective sales processes
- Complete operational and administrative tasks assigned by management to support business functions
Required competencies and certifications
- Experience of at least 1-2 years in a related field to perform logistics and administrative duties effectively
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with Autocount software to support inventory and order management tasks
- Knowledge of licensing requirements including NEA N2, N1, and L1 licenses to assist with compliance-related activities
