Locum Staff Nurse (Northeast, half day, 5.5 days) #HAC

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide holistic nursing care for patients requiring step-down and rehabilitative care

• Monitor vital signs, clinical progress, and report abnormalities promptly

• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans

• Support patients with activities of daily living and rehabilitation goals

• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans, medication, and discharge needs

• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure infection control compliance

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing
• Valid SNB and BCLS
