Collaborative Centre is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice that supports children with developmental needs in a warm, inclusive, and play-based environment. Our team offers Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, and Physiotherapy to address fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and communication development. We work through integrated teamwork, child-led sessions, and strong family partnerships to promote meaningful progress at home and in therapy. Our strength-based, goal-oriented approach helps children build confidence while achieving individual milestones. Collaborative Centre is located at Upper Thomson/Bright Hill.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and intervention for children with developmental, communication, and feeding needs
• Plan and conduct individualised speech therapy sessions
• Work collaboratively with families and the multidisciplinary team to support each child's progress
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Develop therapy goals and home recommendations tailored to each child's needs
• Participate in discussions regarding therapy planning and case management where required

Requirements

• Fully registered with AHPC, Singapore
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with special needs
• Experience in early intervention and paediatric therapy preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate about supporting children and families
