Locum Physiotherapist

Job Description

• Assess, diagnose, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, and complex conditions.
• Deliver physiotherapy through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrotherapy, chest physiotherapy, and advanced rehabilitative technologies.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment as required.
• Support acute and outpatient rehabilitation, including post-operative recovery, chronic disease management, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to optimise recovery.

Requirements:

• Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy
• Registered with valid AHPC practicing certificate
• Able to work independently
